Day in the Life
What to Expect
Early Starts, Early Finishes
Most yard shifts run 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, six days a week. You will work hard during those hours, but you will have your evenings free.
Hands-On, Physical Work
This is real work — you will be on your feet, lifting lumber, swinging hammers, and operating equipment. We provide training and safety gear, but you need to bring the work ethic.
Small Crews, Big Impact
Our yards run lean. You will not be a number — your contribution matters every single day. When the team wins, everyone knows who pulled their weight.
Outdoor Environment
Our yards are outdoor operations. You will work through PNW weather — rain, sun, and everything in between. If you like being outside and moving, you will feel right at home.
