How It Works

Application Process

From application to first route — here's exactly what to expect when you apply for the Commercial Driver position.

01

Complete the Online Application

Fill out our FMCSA-compliant 5-step driver application directly on this site — personal info, work history, driving record, HOS statement, and authorizations. Takes about 10–15 minutes.

02

Application Review

Our hiring team reviews your submission and verifies your MVR, PSP report, and FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse record. We work quickly — most applicants hear back within 2–3 business days.

03

Phone or In-Person Interview

If your application looks good, we'll reach out to schedule a brief phone screen or come meet the team in person. We keep it straightforward — no surprises.

04

Pre-Employment Screening

Conditional offer is followed by a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check per FMCSA requirements (49 CFR Part 391). Road test may be required.

05

Start Date & Onboarding

Once cleared, we get you set up fast. Full DQ file is completed, equipment is assigned, and your dispatcher will walk you through your first routes.

Day in the Life

What to Expect

Early Starts, Early Finishes

Shifts and routes typically run 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM across our operations, six days a week. You will work hard during those hours — but you will have your evenings free.

On the Road or On the Yard

Drivers run regional PNW routes delivering no-touch pallet freight. Yard team members work hands-on — sorting, repairing, building, and operating equipment. Both roles keep our supply chain moving.

Small Crews, Real Impact

Our operations run lean. Whether you're on a yard or behind the wheel, you won't be a number — your contribution is visible every single day.

Hands-On, Physical Work

This is real work. We provide training, safety gear, and compliant equipment — but you need to bring the work ethic. If you show up and give your best, this team will notice.
