A-1 Pallets Expands Facility Capacity at Kent, WA Location

In Q1 2026, A-1 Pallets completed a 40,000-square-foot expansion of our Kent, WA headquarters. The new wing adds 15,000 square feet of covered storage, 12 additional repair stations, and a dedicated custom fabrication bay.

For customers, this means faster turnaround on large custom orders, reduced lead times during peak season, and expanded VMI holding capacity. We can now store up to 150,000 pallet positions on-site, up from 95,000.

The expansion also created 18 new jobs in the Kent community, including positions in pallet repair, forklift operation, and logistics coordination.
